25 Burpees

1 minute at bottom of squat wide stance

1 minute at bottom of squat narrow stance

Choose one of the 3 pistol progressions to practice- add weight (dumbbell or kettlebell)

Burgener warm-up with snatch grip

5 Tall snatches with PVC to empty bar

 

Oly Lift

Power snatch: 3×50%, 2×60%, 1×70%, 1×75%, 1×80%

 

WOD

For time:

21 Snatches

Rest 3 minutes

15 Snatches

Rest 3 minutes

9 Snatches

 

L1- choose weight

L2- 95/65lbs

L3 – 135lbs/95lbs
