30 Seconds Samson stretch

10 air squats

10 wall ball 2 fers use light ball

 

Lift:

Squat 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%

 

WOD

150 Wallballs for time

 

L1- 50 reps and choose weight

L2 and L3- 20lb/14lb
