Rope climb practice and technique

Bench Press 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%

 

WOD

8 Rounds for time of:

10 Push-ups

1 Rope Climb

10 ABmat Sit-ups

 

L1- 5 Rounds and/or movement modifications

L2- Rx’d

L3- Footless rope climb
