Tabata Kettlebell swings

5 low box jumps

5 medium box jumps

5 high box jumps

5 shoulder press with dumbbells

5 push press with dumbbells

5 Push jerk with dumbbells

 

Lift:

Press- 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3 + reps.

 

WOD

AMRAP 15 mins of

5 Dumbbell Push Jerks

7 Box Jumps

 

L1-choose weight and box height

L2- 35lbs/25lbs and 24”/20” box

L3- 50lbs/35lbs and 30” box/24” box
