10 Shoulder pass throughs with PVC

Burgener warm-up with Snatch grip

 

Lift:

Press –75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1+ reps

7 Box Jumps

 

L1: Choose Weight and Box height

L2: 75/55 lbs, 24/20” Box

L3: 115/80 lbs, 30/24” Box
