Warm-up

Tabata double unders

10 push-ups

5 jumping ring dips

5 -10 ring dips

10 wall ball 2-fers

Samson stretch (30 seconds on each side)

10 pistol progressions (touch knee, pistol on box, etc)

10 pistols (with slight to no modifications)

 

Lift:

Press- 5×75%, 3×85%, 1×95%+ reps.

 

WOD

For time:

50-35-20

Wall ball

Walking lunge

Double unders

 

L1-choose weight/single unders

L2-20/14lbs ball

L3-25/16lb ball
