Warm-up

Run 400 meters

Tabata hollow rocks for 2 mins

Tabata Arch rocks for 2 mins

Bottom of squat for 1 min push knees out with elbows

10 pvc pipe thrusters

10 OHS with PVC

10 abmat sit-ups slow with good form

 

Lift:

Squat 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90% + reps

 

WOD

AMRAP 15 mins of:

7 push press

10 Overhead Squats

15 abmat sit-ups

 

L1- choose weight

L2- 95/65

L3- 135/85
