Warm-up

Run 400

Samson Stretch 30 seconds each leg

10 toy soldiers

10 boot strappers

10 push ups

10 second handstand hold

10 push press with medium dumbbells

5 box jumps on low box

5 box jumps on med box

5 box jumps on high box

 

Lift:

Push Press- 3×70%, 3×80%, 3×90%+ reps.

 

WOD

AMRAP 15 mins

Run 400m

20 box jumps

 

L1 Choose height

L2- 24/20”

L3- 30”/24
