Snatch Balance

3 x empty bar

3 x 50% of 1RM

3 x 65% of 1RM

 

WOD

7 rounds for time:

7 Hang power snatch

7 push-ups

 

L1- Choose weight

L2- 95/65lbs

L3- 135/95lbs
