L1- choose weights/mods

L2- (65lbs/45lbs)/ 1 pood/0.5 pood

L3- (95lbs/65lbs) (1.5/1 pood)

Olympic Weightlifting Active Rest day:

Run, bike, swim, yoga class, mobility
