Elite Fitness

Elite Fitness classes are what we call our daily offered classes.  They are an hour long and include a dynamic warm-up/skill practice, a power lift and met-con (CrossFit WOD).  It is heavily encouraged that you hang out and stretch/mobilize for 5 or 10 minutes if you schedule allows.  Our well educated staff will be happy to walk you through the proper mobility exercises that are right for you and the WOD you just performed.

How to join:

FREE Test out: In order to advance into our Elite Fitness classes, you must demonstrate a basic and safe level of competency of the basic CrossFit movements, Olympic weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) and powerlifting (squat, deadlift, press and bench press) movements.  No, you will not need to have a muscle-up or handstand push-up.  Nor will you be asked to perform max effort lifts.  We are testing to see if you are safe and have a good understanding of the movements.

Fundamentals Graduates are welcome to join Elite Fitness classes right away!  We find clients are most successful when they jump right in to Elite Fitness.  You will find athletes at EVERY level.  We even program 3 separate levels to ensure you know exactly what you are supposed to be doing during every class.  Our coaches know our athletes extremely well and will guide you through each class to make sure you are pushing yourself at the right speed as your capability allows.  Our WODIFY system keeps track of your PR’s and workouts so there is virtually no guess work about the amount of weight you should be lifting at any give session.
