Getting Started

  Before enrolling in your elite fitness membership you must complete one of the following:

TEST-OUT FOR EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTER

Already familiar with CrossFit? We offer a test-out option.  During this half-hour long session you will be asked to perform a variety of specific movements and lifts.  You must be able to demonstrate them by using the proper form.

FUNDAMENTAL PERSONAL TRAINING

This 6 session series will teach you the basic movements that are the core of our program. Start anytime–we will work with your schedule. Typically, we will schedule two to three sessions per week to ensure that you are eased into the CrossFit program safely and effectively. Each class lasts one hour in length, but could go longer depending on the individual.
